Example Short Film Deliverables List
This list is intended for illustration only. Every film buyer will have their own Deliverables list and items can vary wildly. We strongly recommend you consult a fully qualified entertainment legal adviser before signing any contracts.

• HD-CAM (stereo) videotape masters of the film in the NTSC & PAL format
  
• NTSC & PAL DVD discs
  
• A sample of all advertising accessories available for the film including still photos
  
• A timecoded dialogue list and timecoded music cue sheet
  
• Festival & Awards list
  
• Press kit , including bios of key creative people
  
• A copy of your copyright registration for the film
  
• Copies of all paperwork giving permission and release for:
  
  • Actors - any principle or extra
    
  • Writers - for the screenplay and any other writers the work is adapted from
    
  • All Music - if the music, or some of it, is an original score we need a copy of the composer's agreement and/or the permission releases from the musicians/artists/publishers
    
  • Trademarks and Logos
    
  • Clips or excerpts from other copyrighted material
    and in certain instances, Locations
    
  • and other chain-of-title and insurance information as we shall reasonably require.
